Workroom
For groups which need a separate room there is a light group workroom with timber flooring available just 100 m beneath the villa. The site is 40 sqm (5 m x 8 m) and is heatable with a powerful wood-stove.

Pavillon
This pavillon is just a bit upside of the house with a solated roof borne by chestnut balks. It will serve you as shadow on hot summer days, for rain-protected outoor activities or work. This beautiful place is often used for reading, painting and sculpturing.

Open-air group work
The major oak place is very popular with body activities as Yoga for instance. Under four huge trees with beautiful view over Lake Bolsena you can find rest very easily.
