Lake Bolsena is located in the region Latium, 100 km north of Rome and south of Siena.

Around the lake which is of volcanic origin, you will see lush ridges. Wine hills, olive groves and deciduous forests dominate the vegetation. At the back of one of these hills there is the villa Casa Vasalone.

The borough of Gradoli is just one kilometer from the villa. It is a friendly wine farming village.
