We want you to enjoy cooking... that’s why the villa’s kitchen is well equipped: small and big pots and pans, cooking utilities and plates and dishes for up to 25 persons, two fridges, a 90 cm broad gas cooker with 5 flames and wide oven, dish washer, two sinks. Everything is prepared for you!

Just outside the kitchen is a fine place to sit, covered by a glass roof, surrounded by roses. Take a pause from cooking, enjoy the shady hours in the morning, or in the evening, with a glass of wine in company.

Casa Vasalone is perfect and easy for providing yourself with everyday needs. In the village Gradoli you will find a good supply in groceries (retail shops and super market). Fresh fruits and vegetables are available from farmers selling their products at the roadside throughout the summer.

We recommend the excellent Extra vergine olive oil by the farmers’ cooperative, where you find their shop as well. A canister for home will keep up your memories about the Lake Bolsena with every drop.

At Casa Vasalone you may purchase a good local wine (at the moment 86’ Merlot) at cost.

If needed, we may arrange a cook for your group.

Weekly markets
The typically Italian markets offer vegetables, fruits, cheese, meat, clothes, shoes, tools, dishes etc. The markets are run from 8 am to 12:30 am.
